Anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) series products are water-soluble linear polymers synthesized with high polymerization degree, easily soluble in water, almost insoluble in benzene, ether, lipids, acetone and other general organic solvents.
The anionic polyacrylamide produced by Xinhuan Water Treatment can be used as coagulant aid, retention agent, sludge dewatering agent and coagulation precipitant. Because its molecular chain contains a certain number of polar groups, it can adsorb the suspended solid particles in water, make the bridge between particles or make the particles coalesce to form large flocs through charge neutralisation, so it can accelerate the settlement of the particles in the suspension, and it has the effect of accelerating the clarification of the solution and promoting the filtration, etc.
Anion Polyacrylamide is mainly used to purify drinking water and domestic sewage, purify industrial sludge and dewatering agent and coagulation and sedimentation agent. It is mainly used to purify drinking water and domestic sewage; purify industrial water and industrial wastewater; purify mine and oilfield re-injection water; purify papermaking, electroplating, electronics, dyeing and finishing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, coal washing, tannery and various chemical wastewater. Product Features
1、Anion Polyacrylamide as a flocculant, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including precipitation, clarification, concentration and sludge dewatering. The main application industries are: municipal wastewater treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, mineral processing industry, printing and dyeing industry, sugar industry and wastewater treatment of various industries. It can be used for sludge precipitation and sludge dewatering in municipal wastewater, meat, poultry and food processing wastewater treatment. Through the positively charged groups it contains, the negatively charged organic colloids in sludge can be neutralised, and the excellent bridging and coagulation functions of the polymer promote the aggregation of colloidal particles into large flocs and their separation from the suspension. The effect is obvious and the dosage is small.
2、Anionic Pam can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention aid and filtration aid in papermaking industry, which can greatly improve the quality of paper, save cost and improve the production capacity of paper mills. It can directly interact with inorganic salt ions, fibres and other organic polymers to enhance the physical strength of paper, reduce the loss of fibres or fillers, accelerate filtration speed, play the role of enhancement, retention and drainage, but also can be used for the treatment of white water. At the same time, it can play an obvious flocculation role in the process of deinking.
3、Fibre slurry (asbestos cement products) can improve the drainage performance of moulded asbestos cement products and enhance the strength of asbestos sheet blanks; in thermal insulation boards, it can improve the combining ability of additives and fibres.
4、Anionic Flocculant can be used as clarifier for mine wastewater and coal washing wastewater in mining and coal processing industry.

Usage and precautions:
1、Anionic polyacrylamide can not be directly added to the sewage, it must be dissolved in water and treated with its aqueous solution before use.
2、The water used to dissolve the granular polymer should be clean water (such as tap water), not sewage. Room temperature water can be used, usually without heating. When the water temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the dissolution rate is very slow. As the water temperature rises, the dissolution rate will accelerate, but above 40 °C, the polymer degradation rate will accelerate, thus affecting the use effect. Generally speaking, tap water is suitable for preparing polymer solutions. Strong acid, strong alkali, high salt water is not suitable for preparation.
3、Fully dissolved. When dissolving, the water should be stirred sufficiently, and then add the powder slowly and evenly to prevent large flocs and fish eyes from clogging pipes and pumps.
4、Stirring speed is generally 200 rpm, and the time is not less than 60 minutes. Appropriately increase the water temperature 20-30 ℃, can accelerate the dissolution. The maximum temperature of the liquid should be less than 60 ℃.
5、Determine the dosage. The concentration of anionic polyacrylamide solution is recommended to be 0.1%-0.3%, i.e., add 0.1g-0.3g of polymer powder to 1 litre of water. Determine the dosage by experiment before use. If the dosage is too small, it will not work. If the dosage is too large, PAM will not flocculate, but disperse and stabilise.
6、Wash the work site with water frequently to keep it clean. Because of the viscosity of PAM, the surface of PAM scattered in the well is smooth when it meets water, which can prevent the operator from slipping and causing safety accidents.
