• Advanced treatment: Activated carbon adsorption and membrane separation technologies (such as ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis) are used to further remove color and trace pollutants, bringing the water quality to reuse standards.
• Sludge treatment: Sludge from biological treatment is dewatered using a plate and frame filter press, and the sludge cake is transported off-site for disposal.
Reuse: The treated water is preferentially reused in cooling and cleaning processes during production, achieving resource utilization.
