As high-quality water purification materials, Polyferric sulfate and Polyaluminum chloride are essentially different. The rapid economic growth has caused great harm to the environment. Environmental pollution has gradually become the focus, especially the problem of water pollution. Many lakes, rivers, reservoirs, etc., which are sources of urban drinking water, are in a state of micro-pollution, and have lost their role and function as drinking water sources to a certain extent. Polyaluminium chloride manufacturers are also constantly trying to change this situation in this matter. Finally, they found that this situation can be alleviated when using different water purification materials.
First of all, polyaluminium chloride pac is a widely used coagulant. It has the advantages of small dosage, less sludge, high turbidity removal, and little effect on the pH of the effluent. Polyaluminum chloride is a complex of a series of polymers between Al3+ and aluminum hydroxide. There is no recognized conclusion on which species can play a decisive coagulation effect. Through the study of polymer types of commercial Polyaluminum chloride obtained by different production processes, combined with coagulation experiments, it is found that high-molecular polyaluminium chloride plays a greater role in the coagulation effect.
However, the suitable pH value of water for Polyferric sulfate is about 4-11, which is obviously better than Polyaluminum chloride. It has strong turbidity removal and phosphorus removal. In addition to the suitable pH value of polyferric sulfate, it also has relatively good decolorization function, and even has deodorization and oil removal effects. Such superior performance is not achieved by Polyaluminum chloride. From this point of view, polyferric sulfate is completely superior to polyaluminium chloride, but this substance still has disadvantages. Iron ions and organic matter such as corrosive substances in water can form water-soluble substances, making tap water colored, and if not handled properly, the positive trivalent iron ions in the product will be reduced to positive divalent iron ions, which will cause secondary pollution. Therefore, no matter which one is used, the use effect should be guaranteed in the end. There are many kinds of water purification materials, whether it is polyaluminium chloride pac, polyferric sulfate, or new water purifier Polyaluminum chloride iron, in actual production, you should choose the one that suits you for actual production, which will ensure the use effect in the later stage.
